Pigeonhole Live Blog: Insights on Audience Engagement

We now ask for your event date range when setting up a Pigeonhole

Written by Lyon Lim | March 1, 2017

When you first setup a Pigeonhole, you'll now be asked to give a start and end date to define the duration of your event.

This helps simplify the date selection when adding sessions, as the date picker is now restricted to this duration you specify.

More importantly, it clarifies the nature of what our Pigeonhole Plan duration means.

Each Pigeonhole Plan duration supports 7 consecutive days by default and it can be confusing if you think the 7 days can be broken up into different time periods.

We hope this new change makes it easier for our new customers to get started.
