Custom Themes lets you tailor your Pigeonhole background to look exactly right by choosing your own colour using a colour picker, uploading a background image of choice, and adding a logo to make your event or meeting branding truly your own.
Custom Themes is a customised background you can create for your event Pigeonhole. The theme will be applied on the Projector, Admin, and Moderator Panels as well as the Audience Web App.
With custom themes, you can use the colour picker to select a colour, or enter a colour code to select a unique colour. You can also add a background image that will appear on the Projector, Admin, and Moderator panels, and select a complementary colour to display in the background of the Audience Web App.
Custom themes also works in complement with Logo Branding. Simply upload your brand logo to the theme to customise it even further. Logos uploaded will appear on the Projector Panel and the Audience Web App.
Custom Themes is available for all Business, Engage, Captivate, and Enterprise Pigeonholes.
You can create a custom theme in just 4 steps!
On your event Pigeonhole, go to More Settings and then Appearance. Select Custom Themes.
First, move the colour picker around to find the right colour. You can also enter the HEXA, RGBA, or HSLA code to get the exact colour you're looking for. You can preview how the colour would appear on the Projector Panel and Audience Web App, on the left hand side of the screen.
If you want to take customisation a step further, add your own background image!
You can do so easily by clicking on the Upload image and selecting an image from your desktop. Then, preview how the image will be positioned on the Projector Panel on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on Change image and upload a new image if you want to try a different background image. To remove the background image completely, select Remove background.
Finally, upload a logo file if you wish to add your brand logo to the Projector Panel and Audience Web App.
The preview on the left will update automatically to show how your logo will look on the Projector Panel and Audience Web App.
Once you're happy with the theme you've created, click Save to apply it to your Pigeonhole panels and Audience Web App. The custom theme will be reflected on the Projector, Admin, and Moderator Panels as well as the Audience Web App. You can run your panels and Audience Web App link to view how the theme looks.
