We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the Pigeonhole Live app for Webex – now available on the Webex App Hub! If you run meetings on Webex, add Pigeonhole Live’s Q&As, Polls, Quizzes, and more directly to your meeting for productive discussions and engaging meetings.
Go from adding the app to engaging your attendees in just a few steps!
When you add the Pigeonhole Live app to your Webex meeting, a Q&A is automatically created for you without any additional steps. Simply share the app with your meeting participants by clicking on Open together to start collecting questions.
Want to start engaging your attendees even before the meeting starts? You can set up Q&As, Polls, Surveys, and Quizzes ahead of the meeting and simply select the pre-created sessions when launching the app. Attendees can access the same sessions via a direct link to the Audience Web App and on the Pigeonhole Live Webex App.
As a meeting host you can also create additional Multiple Choice Polls, Rating Polls, and Word Clouds directly in the Pigeonhole Live Webex App. Once created, meeting participants can instantly see the poll and participate in it. It’s a great way to get a quick pulse on your team, make decisions together, and get feedback!
With a dedicated Admin View, you can also moderate participants’ questions from your meeting window to filter out irrelevant or inappropriate questions, keeping your meetings focused and productive. You can also follow up on any questions that were not addressed during the meeting by adding text answers.
When meeting participants’ open the Pigeonhole Live Webex App, Pigeonhole Live will receive the name and email address associated with their Webex account. This is to ensure that the meeting host gets accurate participation analytics at the end of the meeting.
** This function is only enabled if your organisation admin has allowed the collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Want to add other session types to your meeting? You can add open-ended polls, quizzes, and surveys to your Webex meeting via the Pigeonhole Live Workspace.
You can also access more advanced settings on your Pigeonhole Live Workspace to extend Q&A duration (if your plan allows it), disable anonymity, and more.

Give all meeting participants an equal chance to ask questions and clarify doubts without talking over each other or interrupting the presenter. With Pigeonhole Live, participants can ask and upvote questions as well as add comments to build micro-discussions around specific topics.
Meeting hosts can easily moderate questions, filter and find the questions with the highest votes and add text answers for any questions that didn’t have time to address during the meeting without leaving the meeting window.
Are your calls for feedback often met with silence? Sometimes, it can be difficult to get your participants to un-mute their mic and speak up when asking for feedback.
Simply push a multiple choice poll or rating poll to capture quick feedback or get consensus on an initiative or proposal. You not only get quick responses from your attendees, but all poll results can be exported neatly into an Excel file or a ready to print PDF report for post-meeting analysis.
Make brainstorming during meetings efficient and democratic. With a word cloud or open-ended poll, you can capture your team’s best ideas easily and efficiently while giving everyone an opportunity to contribute.
Meeting participants can submit and vote on ideas to collectively surface the best ones. Polls also provide visual aid to your team’s decision-making process, ensuring that no idea or vote gets buried in the noise.
Meetings don’t have to be all work and no fun! Start your meetings with a fun poll or trivia quiz to energise your team and warm everyone up. You can also use polls to break up discussions and boost energy levels during a long meeting!
Start a scheduled or new Webex meeting as usual.
Click on the Apps icon on the bottom of your meeting window, and click on Pigeonhole Live. A Q&A will be automatically created for you. You can also select a pre-created session to load on the Pigeonhole Live app.
