Pigeonhole Live Blog: Insights on Audience Engagement

Raise the energy in your virtual events with live reactions

Written by Ashkvina | March 16, 2021

At Pigeonhole Live, we’re always dreaming up new ways to keep meetings and events more interactive and engaging. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new feature that’ll help make virtual events and meetings more expressive and engaging for attendees and provide key insights to the host: Reactions!

Raise the energy and engagement

With Reactions, attendees can instantly react to different moments in the live stream with animated emojis of their choice, so they can engage better with the presentation.

Being able to see each other’s reactions on the screen encourages attendees to keep interacting with the event, creating a more vibrant event experience for everyone.

Take Reactions with you anywhere

We’ve made Reactions simple and flexible. If you’re running your event with a video integration on Pigeonhole Live, you can easily add Reactions to your video integration when setting up.

If you have your own event website with a live stream set up, you can create and add the Reactions widget to the live stream on your event website.

Customise your reactions

You can easily customise and apply which reactions you want to make available to your virtual attendees. Selected reactions will apply across all the sessions in your Pigeonhole.

Key Analytics

No matter where you are running your event, all the reactions used will be captured as key analytics that you can export and review right after the session is over on Pigeonhole Live. You can also export Reactions as a printable, ready-to-present PDF or detailed Excel sheet to run your own analysis.

How to add Reactions?

Reactions for built-in video integrations is available on Captivate and Enterprise Pigeonholes. Reactions for video integrations on external websites is only available as an add on to Enterprise plans.

To add Reactions, simply create a Pigeonhole and add your required sessions. Then, go to More Settings> Reactions and enable Reactions for your preferred sessions.
